I dont know what to say about them. Ive orderd a 150 dollar knife from them and have not recieved it yet. 14 Oct 2005 he told me that he will ship the knife the following monday 17 Oct 2005, and now its nov 27/05 and no knife  . has anyone else have this happen to them? now he isnt even answering my emails. help would be appreciated.

I have never had a problem with them. I would ask for a tracking number and see if you can track it that way? Another issue maybe where you live?

I had purchased a bali off ebay. I live on the west coast. The item left the east coast and went through the Denver USPS transit center and was miss read or miss coded by someone or by the barcode reader. The item when to the transit center within 20 miles of my house, but then the computer sent it back to Denver due to a barcode issue? It went back and forth several times, from my transit center and Denver. One time it went on a side trip to New Mexico for a day? What fun each day would bring, when I would log-in to the USPS website and look to see "Where is my Bali today?"

It finally got the item 35 days after shipment. I and the seller had a good time with that one.

You live in canada? That may be the problem, can take awhile.

Phone them up they have a # on there website...

That was a fun time wasn't it:D

well ill wait 2 more weeks and then ima phone them up and see whats up. I guess it just takes time to deliver right? im cooled down now. I just hate waiting  cant live without a balisong:eek:

Drop 'em an e-mail. They can look the order up and let you know if it was shipped yet or not.

last email he sent me was on the 2nd of november and he said its on its way. But he aint answering my recent emails for some reason. I dunno does shipping take that long?

Josh, who owns Knifezilla, is not a reliable businessman.......plain and simple.
He's had a dubious reputation going back a few years. From my own experiences with him I would suggest staying away.

Don't worry about it. I've had 3 orders from Josh before. It usually takes some time but I consider the benefits of his site to those of us not in the continental US something that is almost impossible to get elsewhere.
If I lived in the US then I may choose a different company but Knifezilla does just fine for me

I ordered something from there years ago and got it with no problems, I bet if you called him up your problems would be solved.

It says on his website that they have record shipping times and you should have your item in 7 days or so. He shouldn't have to call him and track him down to get his item 35+ days later.

I'm going through the same thing as purplehaze, though I haven't been waiting nearly as long. I emailed him asking for a tracking# and he emailed me back and said I would have my item Tuesday (yesterday)... still no delivery. So I emailed again asking for a tracking# as proof my item has shipped (since it supposedly shipped UPS ground), and haven't heard anything yet. I imagine I won't hear anything till next week as it will be Thanksgiving weekend.

I'm all for being patient, but if you advertise a certain shipping timeframe it should hold true.

Let me rephrase;
I think it's irresponsible to try and damage a businesses reputation before you have gathered all of your facts.

alright i emailed him again 5 mins ago, ill be waiting on his reply. in two days its gonna be the 30 day mark, in which ill will be giving him a nice little call..!. my friends have orderd from him before and got there item in two weeks. why cant i get mine in 2 weeks :(. I hope i get it cause $170cad for me isnt cheap.

I've made two orders with Knifezilla/PVK and both arrived on time. The second one came today, actually.

I didn't say I thought the guy was trying to rip me off. Actually I'm not really worried about not receiving my item because of the positive feedback other people have given about Knifezilla. What I implied is that the service is not up to par. Which is fact based on my experience so far.

I think it's irresponsible for a business to advertise something on their site, then fail to produce, then ignore any inquiries about it thus leaving the customer in the dark as to when they will receive their order. I've been waiting 2 weeks so far, still no answer to email inquiries.

Like I said, I'm pretty sure I will receive my order. It's just a matter of when.

I hope i get it cause i dont know what to do if i dont, does he ripp everyone off like this? i shouldnt be waiting for over a month for something to arrive. After i get my knife(if i do) he still isnt getting a good rating from me.

Knifezilla has no reputation for ripping anyone off.

He does have a bit of a rep for being unresponsive at times, but it's a one-man show. Keep in mind that this week is a holiday week in the US.
