I appreciate that but I’m not near as a good a man, as he is a good dog.
He got a lousy break early in life, but the good news is I plan on making that up to him as much as possible and he’s thriving now. He goes everywhere I go. Get’s a cut of everything I eat as long as it’s safe for him to do so. My wife and kids say I spoil him but I don’t see it that way. I’m just trying to even things up for what he didn’t get earlier.
Thank you though, it’s very nice of you to say.
I’ve had a few people tell me I spoil my dog as well. I find it almost offensive when people say such things. I won’t go into details.. I know without a shadow of doubt, I would not be here if not for dogs - the one in my avatar pic in particular. Dogs fill a void that I can’t begin to describe to anyone who considers dogs to be “livestock”. I’ve heard people refer to dogs as barking angels.. while I’m not the most religious person, I do like that term. Spoil the shit out of em.. they aren’t with us too long. Those 4 legged goofballs can teach you quite a bit.

Old pic.. Charlie boy and a Curtiss F3 ( the red nose wasn’t impressed ).
