I haven’t seen his speech yet - I’ll go watch it.

I like Earl Grey. A friend bought me some Earl Grey Supreme and I like it a lot. It’s got some extra types blended into the traditional Earl Grey mix. I’m curious to hear what the Moonlight variation includes. I’ll have to keep an eye out for it.
Two things, how do you like the Buck 112 in 5160? How well does it keep an edge? Since 5160 is good for hard use knives, is this folder used for more strenuous work? Secondly, how did you like the Moonlight version? I also like Earl grey, started to drink because of Jean Luc Picard on Star Trek NGN, the moonlight sounds like it would tone the bergamot or the creamy one sounds good. I find Lady Grey is good, with notes of citrus. I add a little milk to regular Earl grey to smooth it out.

I love the Buck 112 in 5160! It’s been on my belt or in my pocket every day since it arrived, save one, maybe two when I carried a 112 in 440C. I use it for everything. It holds an edge well. Not like some newer steels, but it won’t chip on me either - and it gets back to razor sharp in 60 seconds on a stone, or a rod, or the bottom of my tea mugs. Buck hollow ground traditional steels have always sharpened up best for me, and they hold their edge plenty long enough for my needs. I don’t force patinas on my carbon steel knives, but I do enjoy watching them develop slowly through honest use.

It adds some oolong and white tea to the traditional Earl Grey blend of black tea and bergamont. I like a little honey or sugar and occasionally some lemon in my tea. I’m not one for milk in it. Don’t know why, just doesn’t appeal to me.

The Earl Grey Moonlight from Adagio is smoother than the Earl Grey Bravo that is more bergamot forward and can sometimes strike me as astringent if I drink too much. Both are two of my favorite black teas from this company. I just need to remember to keep it on the weak side and not drink it all day. I use the below in my phone wallpaper rotation. No tea in this one.

I cut and hauled a trailer of firewood today on my day off. Now I’m relaxing by the wood stove with a cup of Lipton with honey and home-grown lemon.

So, based in your feedback, you like Bucks 5160, I want to try my 117 in 5160, to test to it too see if will handle tough jobs. Like cutting up breakfast and spreading cream cheese on my bagel.😀

Edit: and have a cup of Lady Grey tea.
