Peter no drugs for sale here:D. The 911/993 is a 97/98 last of the air cooled with a factory RS kit , By plane whale tail, exhaust and raceing pedals. I have a mint 928 s4 lieing around also with a borla exhaust and I believe they are etoille rims. The 996 was tuned by Eraldo Ferracci himself he has a shop near me and I have had Ducks since early 80 and have been useing him.

Joe would love to see BMW's entry into world super bike but GP is where it's at and Duc is running strong there last time I looked. Would love to see Rossi on one.
Actually, you will be getting Nicky Hayden as the second rider on the factory team for '09. He was like 12th fastest in his first ride ever on the '09 bike at the first test session at Valencia....not too shabby. Stoner will still be the #1 guy, but Hayden will be more like 1A instead of the red headed stepchild he became at Honda. I mean the guy wins a Moto GP champonship on the 990 and when they build the new 800, they build it specifically to fit the style of Pedrosa, including switching him to Bridgstones without telling or asking Hayden. Suuposedly, both bikes were so tuned for Pedrosa that Hayden actually ran better lap times when he turned off the traction control and most of the other electronic aids on the Honda last year. Rossi still has time on his Yamaha contract, but I wouldn't be surprised to see him possibly go to BMW if they move inot MotoGP about the time that it runs out. I think that he went to Yamaha for the challengeof developing the bike as much as for the money. Honda could have matched any offer. Rossi got them to changer the firing order of the engine among other things. He strikes me as being kind of like Schumacher in that he is very knowlegable and likes to be involved in every technical aspect of the sport.
By the way...if you want to hear a truly evil sounding bike, check out the Youtube vids of the street version of the Desmosedici. It has kind of a "big bang" firing order as oppsed to the more standard firing order that you hear on the street bikes from Japan and it sounds like a cross between a 1098 and a cat being murdered with a chainsaw:D Ducati REALLY needs to drop that engine into a modded 1098 chassis so that it can be sold for slightly less than 60,000 Euros. Who knows? With Aprilia coming out with their V4, we might see something like that eventually.

Joe I remembr the big bang theory from what they did on Doohan's 500 2 stroke. I agree on all your points. As always you are a knowledgeable fellow and always a pleasure to interact with. P.S. we gotta hang out sometime.

I study and teach Taijiquan and Daoist meditation, I read a lot, I love music, and I study Japanese swords a bit.

I have been into nature photography since I was little girl. I very much enjoy feeding the varieties of outside birds, walking my dog.....reading.....I am into my Mac computer.....PDA'S..........

Well Suz, these are two "extracurricular activities" we have in common... :)

I do everything on my Mac, including the production of my books,
from the the first word and picture to the final Press Quality
ready for print files...
Isn't it strange how we Mac "users" love our computers
and consider them more like companions than machines?

I also think that everyone who knows you here would like
to see some sample pictures of your way of looking at nature...

All the best,

Wow, Suz! I had no idea that you have been to so many awesome places. Having been to Yellowstone and having been fortunate to see every animal there besides Cougar, I plan on relocating there after I finish my under-grad for Architecture. That area of the country makes a great deal of New England quite boring.

Don't you love Yellowstone? :)

I can see your enthusiasm when confronted with the beauty
of nature, Suz. I think that you deserve to treat yourself with a
longer lens - it will get you right close to all the excitement .....

All the best,

Hi Folks,

My hobby, lifelong passion, and occupation is Herpetology (the study of reptiles and amphibians). I specialize in snakes, particularly rattlesnakes and other pitvipers. Ultimately my hobby became work and it was time to find a new distraction to relax with. Tried my hand at making a knife and now I'm an ABS Master Smith.

Snakes are still my greatest love. The lead me into the field and to many exotic locales. Bladesmithing is totally different and takes me in other directions. Different venues, different friends, new and differents skills.

Below is a seven-and-a-half-foot Eastern Coachwhip, the fastest snake in America. I'm not as fast as I used to be but I managed to chase that puppy down and she now thrives in my live research collection.

every time I look at one of your knives, I am reminded of snakes. I don't know if it's because I know your background is studying snakes etc, or because you are able to build something snakelike into your knives.

In any event, thanks!

Take a close look at Terry's mark Lorien. It includes a snake!
