Cool stuff.. especially that Broadwell/Foster.

Here is one I did from cedar driftwood that I found and stablilized. Wish I could find more like this...

Very nice Scott. I like the natural stuff! To me that says "ambitious"- using such a deeply figured, and irregular material. It is a beautiful job!
 
Thanks David. Yeah, I used to do that a lot back in my ren-faire days. Just simple stuff. Picked up a PowerCarver recently and am loving the 400,000 RPMs :-) You know, there is a knifemaker out there who has a really good video on carving metal and wood. Great stuff - you should check it out, Dave, might learn somethin'.
