The "Lanny's Clip" pattern is one that was created by Tony Bose. Other custom makers that build the pattern do so with Tony's blessing afaik. Tony is well known and respected for his generosity in sharing patterns with other makers.
That said, since Tony has an ongoing relationship with Case, I'd personally be mighty surprised if any other manufacturer got licensed to build one of his named patterns.
(Which is not to say that a similar looking knife couldn't be built by any given production outfit without attribution...though this is not something we would encourage on this forum without Tony's blessing.)
