I'm not out against society. Not saying it's perfect but I accept that I don't want to be the one to try to change it.

My simple observation (between the lines) was simple: It has been my observation that those people, such as my old man, who are unaware of the pure greed of some people, and how numerous they are, simply refuse to hear anything but what the government wants them to think.

Those of us who know what really goes on in the world, don't see it as so far fetched at all. Backs get scratched all the time. The sooner you accept this simple fact, the easier life is. Some people are semi-legit about it, others would steal from friends and family in the quest for the almighty buck. Don't even get me started on business kickbacks.

The problem is when someone so greedy (everyone has their price) "shocks and awes" something so bold, nobody believes it. To see the world accurately, never assume anything is too low for SOMEONE to stoop.

I question whether this filter creates an accurate picture. In fact I think this is at the heart of this matter. Its your distorted world view that makes you believe drivel like this video. Take a look around. People aren't inherently evil. Read some Hellen Keller for goodness sakes. Your cinicism doesn't make you right, or smart, or safer. It just makes people scared of you. Take a bath, and shave your beard. American culture is still alive and fun. Halloween is coming. Watch the parents and their children all participating in our culture with zeal. Remember the reason your grandfathers signed up and fought the Germans. We're Americans for Gods sake. Our president did NOT bomb the pentagon.


OOOO boy, is there an engineers club??? I'm one too. Who cares? How does a person being an engineer validate their neurotic opinion about the boogey men destroying the WTC???
 
I'll let it go. You sound like you're happy with the blue pill. I never said everyone was evil. Just that everyone has their price, and some people are very evil, and the evil ones usualy have the funds to buy people. I've never even been to this sub-forum before. Go on your merry way and I'll do the same.

PS: If you think I'm the most miserable person around, you couldn't be more wrong. Most people I know are jealous of how my roommate and I live our lives and how much we try to enjoy each day. My life's amazing. We accept the world and all it's inhabitants. I've had to adapt though.

I was raised strict christian in a little box. Be with one girl and marry her and the whole thing. Society used to disgust me. Now I embrace it. The good and the bad. Only thing is most people have no clue how bad the bad is. The good wants to be seen, the bad hides in the shadows. Most people will never know the underlying corruption in everyday life.

I think it all started when I worked at an auto body shop after high school. I got a ride somewhere from the buyer for a huge chain of auto body shops. We sort of bonded in the 20 minute drive, and his cell rang. After a brief chat he bragged the other end of the conversation to me: his cheque for 50 grand was on its way from a paint company. That's probably what the guy made in a year. For what? His giving that paint company the contract for the year to supply the chain of shops. Millions in product.

Good business move by the paint company. Right?

Nice bonus for the buyer. So who loses? The company that didn't necessarily get the best product at the best price. But maybe they did anyway.

Then I'm onto my shop. They painted cars for officers, who would be first on a scene and control which tow trucks get the wreck. What's a two thousand dollar paint job for hundreds of thousands in business a year?

Insurance adjusters get the royal treatment (sporting events, etc) just to keep the shop on the "preferred shop" list.

It happens everywhere. The line between a good business move and outwright curruptness is a very fine one.

You wouldn't believe the number of "mom and pop" shops in your very town that are actually run by drug money. But I'm sure you don't want to.

You know, we had a guy in our IMU (our version of supermax) recently that claimed to have a laser in his head. The CIA had installed it and used it to beam him messages, which mainly seemed to consist of orders to attack staff members on a regular basis as that's what he typically did when he wasn't pacing in circles and talking to his toilet. The meds helped with that fortunately. It must've been a low wattage laser.

My point? The CIA can't be trusted. I mean, installing a laser in someone's head? Not cool. Not cool at all.

talonturbo; I believe you've made a mistake in assuming the posters here do not understand government corruption, UN corruption, People corruption. We get it. We look past much of the obvious. How long have you been here? Even my old bud liberal Hollow and I agree upon much.

Look- showing up, posting vague generalities around 'follow the money' and acting like 'your eyes have seen too much' are of little substance and in fact, much more stereotypical than your 'blue pills or red' simplification of HI forumites.

I'm glad you want to talk.Don't make the mistake of underestimating the background and experience represented here.

Believing these videos is completely stupid. Not because it requires believing that the government is evil and greedy, which is hardly in doubt, but because so much of the content of the video is COMPLETELY RETARDED by its own merits.

They say things that don't make sense, they say things that might be true but don't prove anything, they say things that are completely false, and they say 2 or more things at different points that are not compatible with each other.

Foil hats don't work anymore, because the feds meddled with the foil industry. Notice we don't use TIN foil anymore? Tin hats are what really works, yet the government has us all buying ALUMINUM foil and even CALLING it tin foil.

If you really want to block the mind control waves, try finding some old Soviet surplus foil.
