And why did you sharpen both sides?

This particular knife came with both sides sharpened... Right edged at about 20 degrees and Left edge at about 25 degrees.

Two 25 degree edges made much more sense, and is much easier to keep up FOR ME in-case a qualifier was needed

I gotta say unless I am given one I wouldn't own one if this is true. Just so odd they wouldn't fix a safety mech because the blade was reprofiled.... Is this a verifiable story and or warranty practice by emerson?

I don't even understand why anyone would support a warranty like this...
