Let’s talk integrals!

One of my favorites, a Lionsteel SR11 Integral

Oh and of course we can't exclude differentiation if we want to be complete :)

I’m kind of digging this semi integral from WE. I believe it is not out yet. When I first saw it I almost threw up in my mouth. Then I realized it was a swayback design and would make an awesome pikal folder.

I wish the cutout in the blade weren’t so big so I could turn it into a wave. As it is if I were to break that spine I feel like the knife would snap super easy.

I will find a way to attatch a wave and this will become my classy pikal knife!

I’m thinkhg maybe I can fold a little sheet of metal around that cutout spine and form it into a wave. I want it to not be ugly though.

Lapedog Lapedog I got a feeling we will seeing more integral hybrids. Reate Jack is a good example of integral with scales and the Pleroma is also a nice variation on the integral concept.

Thanks for posting this. Looks super!

O Om28v yo that looks awesome. What is the one in the background?
It's the same as the We 702 in the front, just a little different than the way the 4 production 702's offerings are made. Damasteel blade and adonized frame that has been highly polished. One off, prototype or custom?

I am thinking of anodizing the clip, pivot and screws on my 702. Maybe to a more matching bronze or a purple. He bronze doesn’t seem to match from the pivot to the clip and I get a bit of a greenish color as is.

Same here on my regular 702, but it's a fantastic knife. My new one has torx screws, I like the stars too, but the torx are more usable.

If you've anodized these before you may already know but we knives use cheaper Chinese sourced titanium and will anodize different at the same voltage as usa grade 5 ti. Not something anodizers like.

So my Rike Thor1-CF (integral with carbon fiber inserts) has some lock rock. I contacted Rike and they are having me send it back to the factory. I sent them a video of the problem and they think it is lock bar tension related.

I have been nervous about Chinese knives but if this repair and warranty work goes well then I will let y’all know.

Shipping off the knife today to China.
