Lets see some Hinderer action

We need to see more of that DLC/Copper knife!
It’s a 3.5” DLC Skinny with a slicer grind

My 3 early Gen 4 sterile Hinderer's. 2 spanto's and 1 slicer. These 3 I kept back from late 2010 early 2011 I think, because they were the finest examples of any Hinderer I had ever gotten. These 3 have kept me from the urge to buy any other Hinderer's. My EDC is the spanto with the black CF frag scale. You do not see very many sterile bladed Hinderer's anymore...

I haven't been able to part with this one either... It's perfect.

I've noticed after installing the new scale I am getting a tiny bit of lock stick now and the lock bar has traveled ever so slightly more to the right. I am not sure what has caused this and I am pretty annoyed with the little bit of lock stick considering I had none before the install. I tried adjusting the pivot a lot and have not gotten it to go away. Anyone have an suggestions to solve this?

Need to define a tiny bit of lock stick.
My new XM-18 occasionally has a tiny bit too, but it doesn’t bother me compared to the Full Track saga.
That was two thumbs, bracing myself against a wall lock stick.

So at first it was hardly noticeable and just stuck there for a spit second, but as I keep flipping it is quite noticeable and sticks and takes a little bit of effort to unlock. Nothing near what people were experiencing on the full track but more than when I first got it (which eventually broke in). I have adjusted the pivot pretty much every increment possible and at some positions its not too noticeable but its always slightly there at least.

All I can suggest are the usual 1. thorough alcohol cleaning of the mating surfaces via q-tip 2. graphite pencil on the tang 3. Sharpie on the tang
Good luck!
