Lets see those Battle Saws!

I had ordered red liners for the knive, but unfortunately Busse has stopped doing liners until the custom shop opens back up. Honestly, that will make me rethink future orders.

I feel you - even if they don't have the manpower to do fancy mods, I think they should still offer the liners - they're a lo-cost way to make a knife really stand out.

What a blade. This one is an instant classic. I have been carrying it all around the house..lol!

So I think the description is pretty accurate. I could not saw through a green tree, it is more for notching. Not sure if the coating was the culprit, or it just wasn't designed to actually do it. I still love the knife myself, since I am a sawback fan. But if you want to process wood, you better bring a Silky along,,, :)

Thanks for the Video, and great pics bro.

I hope the green and black g10 is worth the wait. Still don't have mine yet. reselllers have already had some on the exchange.

Thanks for the video it still looked like it was spitting out some wood as you were sawing. I guess it didn't saw that quickly though although the teeth were cleaning themselves out pretty nice as you went along. Were you saying to bring along some silky underwear or just a silky a scarf along with your mistress? :D

Mr Busse demonstrated the best way to use the Saw was from the bottom of an object up

Tried, still won't go all the way through. Which is wasn't designed to do,,,

ETA: Going bottom up on a tree, the weight of the tree would eventually pinch the blade and stop all progress.

Picked this one up off the Exchange and it arrived yesterday. Pretty sick blade. Had a black coated blade that I stripped, then added a paracord D-guard. Turned out pretty nice.
