Lets see those Battle Saws!

That does look awesome!!! Im sold now Im gonna have to sell some knives or something cause I need a battle saw!

Thanks Boss! I love this knife and the paracord D-Guard pimps it out quite nicely. I'm planning to use this as my camping knife (paired with an EDC SAR3) and the paracord guard adds about 7' of extra cord in case of an emergency. I've also put a guard on my BWM and am going to make one for my ASHBM and NMFSH today. Now that I have it on there, the other knives look naked without one. :)
 
Nice D-Guards boys! :cool: :thumbup: I'm going to make one for mine too, but haven't decided which paracord color and wrap pattern to use and whether or not to use shackles to make it removeable or not. The idea is stewing...

BS is more like 0.240" - 0.250" thick based on reports so far. It's a bit taller edge to spine, and saber ground too, so that explains why it weighs nearly the same as the flat-ground ASHBM while being made from thinner stock.
 
I don't think the tang is lightened/drilled on the BS like on the ashbm either. Even so my color matching ashbm is 1.5 oz heavier than the BS. The BS would be much heavier without the teeth. Hopefully we will see a few variants at a future show.

Now I really want a .25 saber MOABoloSaw. :eek: :thumbup: :D

I have it on good authority that the Black and Tan handles have started landing! :cool:
 
Just got a package from Skyler at Patriot Leather today......

Pics will be up later of the Right hand model BS sheath w/Croc Inlay....
 
I know custom shop is crazy busy but a satin battle saw with sharpened swedge n maybe like blue coral handle with red liners would be the bees knees!!

Three sets of pants for my Battle Saw, now to find 2 more Battle Saws.....Right Hand Crocodile and Left Hand Elephant by Patriot Leather, the Kydex is second hand but made buy David Brown....perfect fit (all of them).
