Lets see those Battle Saws!

Tracking shows mine BS is in Sydney now...so only a couple of days for Customs clearance and such and I will finally have it in hand..!

Just checked the tracking and it is at my local PO for collection now..!! I just need an excuse to finish work early !!!! My other tracking No shows that my Scrapyard order (Chophouse etc) has arrived in Sydney this morning as well !!!

what combo did you order? I live maybe an hour from the compound and haven't heard anything. they must have made thousands. has it been 4 months?

Battle Saw out this morning on an unsuccessful coyote hunt

A close up of the beast

Even though I didn't get a coyote getting up early did not come without a reward

.... Black with Black Canvas.

It is a sweeeet blade, I struggled to put it down last night !!!! I am still going to take some convincing about the straight handle, I could never warm to the ASHBM at all, but this has so much WIN in one package !!!!!

Agreed! Great pics Nemesis!

Yeah Andy, those are my thoughts exactly. I think the Battle Saw would be my perfect knife if it had a Fusion handle. But it's pretty darn close as is. I like it better with the paracord D-guard; It feels more secure chopping and sawing.

Oh yeah, almost forgot the new pics! ;) Choppin up some old landscaping timbers for a fire tonight. Not my best chopper, as I do get some pinky bite without gloves, but that is no surprise to me with the small straight handle. I don't have too much trouble with that so long as I wear gloves.

I am impressed with the sawing capabilities of the sawback! I can make a notch as deep as the teeth in just a few strokes. Nice and sharp, and cuts well!

I have been pretty impressed with how durable this run of Tanker Gray has been! After using the knife, a quick scrub with soap and warm water and it almost looks good as new!!!

Thank you! Bruised Tanker is one of my all-time favorites!!! I love how this knife looks overall, especially since adding the D-guard!

Man I passed up the battle saw with ease..then I read Jerrys description on the Busse website an now I wish I scored one.. I always looked at saw teeth on a knife as a joke but didn't realize they were "not" meant for sawing of branches but as a notching tool... interesting! congrats to those who grabbed one!!!
