LETS SEE THOSE MAGNIFICENT HARNESS JACKS

The right number of harness jacks is always 1 more than you have currently. Actually I think that’s actually true with knives in general.
That formula is "N+1".
It also applies to:
bicycles.
fountain pens.
socks.
archery arrows/bolts.
blowgun darts.
slingshot/sling ammo. (steel/lead/glass/clay balls)
boxes of ammo for each firearm you own.
targets for whatever shooting sport(s) you participate in.
fishing tackle; lures/jigs/flies, etc.
Mountain Dew Soda. (can, bottle, or two liter)
Warm clothing if you reside or visit where it is currently cold.
remaining minutes of health and "life".
remaining hours before planned obsolescence affects your computer/tablet/"smart"phone/TV.
😇👍

And......... what a Harness Jack to post Frank!

These are such a stunning Knife, you could post that everyday and be forgiven :)

Frank Sir- Just when can one go wrong with having a lot of Ebony in their Knife Collections? I really like picking up an older Knife with Ebony as well- especially older ones that have done a good amount of work- and worn - but used correctly and lovingly.

Nice to see your Harness Knives here - thank you for sharing. :)

I picked up a HJ the other day - I suspect it's Ebony- although it could be older Cocobolo as that tends to get very dark at times.

I must update my HJ Photos as I have had a few arrivals of late.

I know what you mean Duncan about updating photos my HJ collection has grown mainly with Charlies magnificent 10
Recently I added a couple duplicates and of course one is an Ebony :)
I've been busy lately and when things slow down I'm going to try and take some good pics of all of them

GusSharp my friend, I am sure that we have a chap who does - have a look at our Friend knowtracks knowtracks , he has posted what you are looking for. ( In the Harness Jack threads I'm pretty sure but exactly where?- I don't have time to source exactly where the posts are as I am on a lunch break between coats of paint :) ).

Not Charlie's SFO but Daniels select, parts knife from what I gather in the posts...

Decent quality...it has an extra liner (double liners) on the punch side (mark side) of the knife. Not sure the purpose of the extra liner.

Here are two of my Queen-made SFOs that had flawed handles, and were rehandled; without shields!! They are , of course, labeled Schatt and Morgan!! Number 3 with Stag, and number 1 with Gabon Ebony!! One Ebony handled number 1 was originally made, which I gave to Tony Bose. A small number of Stag number 3s were made, with shields!!
The etches were polished off of these blades; in retrospect I should have had the swedges "crisped up"!! Maybe some day!!??;)

The maker need clearance for the punch. It (extra liner) was not needed on the "originals"!!
I'm glad that someone made use of the parts!! I wonder how many knives the parts yielded???

Well, we know that there’s at least two. I wonder if the extra liner was added for access to the punch nail nick since they didn’t have the cutout on the handle. 🤷

Thanks everyone, I have some research to do then 🤣
My Friend, start here - Dave is posting the run of HJ's in "Show us your Charlie SFO's" Thread.

Dave is that person who you just would be hard to meet a nicer guy- he supports Charlie massively and I admire one heck of a lot about Mr Knowtracks.
Here Dave is posting the HJ8's - work your way back and forward from there matey.....
