That is an awesome Ulster HJ! The jigging and color of the covers is very much like the Ulster 2 blade Congress I picked up awhile back, although it has an "ULSTER KNIFE CO." over ".N.Y" tang stamp.One of my favorites! Undoubtedly made on Dwight Divine's ancient equipment before the Baers and Imperial-Schrade bought them out!
Divine refused to modernize, but was justifiably proud of his products!!
Forged over pull on the punch, with no patent number; smaller 3 3/8" Jack with unusual jigging.
