Let's see your Becker bags

My Camelbak Trizip, with Mystery Ranch bottle holders attached to the belt. I love this thing. It's cinched up pretty good here, because I was carrying a fairly light load that day.

I've gotta hand it to Camelbak they have employed some good bag designers in the last few years. I've had a few threads that needed re-sewing but other then that good stuff.

I tell you what: the trizip, by using Mystery Ranch's "Futura harness," is hands-down the most comfortable bag I have ever carried. You can adjust the yoke height to match your torso size. It's darn near perfect.

First time to use my Falcon II. Found out I'm not too crazy about it:

Heres a few of my bags. the 2 smaller are brand new and empty. i only use the larger one, everything fits in there with plenty of room to spare and i didnt expect it to be so big so i ordered 3 bags and wasted money :(

I was just telling my wife tonight, that I was thinking about getting one. Bastards are still like $60.

It changes the feel of that pack considerably. Shifts a lot of the shoulder weight to the hips. You also get more storage.

Like Biscuit says, the Proteus makes a big difference but the falcon looks a bit small for your neanderthal body type. :D You would probably like the vulture more. If you decided to get rid of that one let me know, my other half wants a falcon in OD.

Haha. I just wanted a smallish bag, no matter my size. ;) I'm thinking of getting the Proteus, probably will. I found one for $59.99 shipped. Cheapest I could find it. I did see a used Camel Linchpin for $115 shipped I had considered.

Hey Dubz, Condor made a Proteus clone at one time (I have one) for less than half that. Might find one if you look around.

I actually had one, but gave it to my son. That was way before I got the Falcon II though.
