All of the pictured knives are manufactured by GEC on their #73 frame but not all carry the GEC name.

A #23 pattern by any other name, is just as sweet!!
They used to be dirt cheap on Ebay!! Made in 2007, you couldn't give them away in the secondary market!!

One dealer put the Schrade Fire & Ice 73s on sale priced in the mid 50s and the Schrade Fire & Ice 23s on sale priced in the mid 60s. I bought three 73s and two 23s. What a deal !!!!!!!! Still have them. Wouldn't part with them no matter what the offer BUT I would entertain an offer for a can of my Hormel Chili with Beans.

Here is an early #73 from 2006, GEC's first year!!
Green Moss on Bark jigging - I think!!??!! Flush and square, it's a typical nail-breaker (in a good way!) from the early works of Mr.Howard!!
