Hello Jack,
When I was a child living in a rural area the local Cafe had one just like this , they used it to slice the Polony.

Today I received a package I've been looking forward to for a couple weeks now. My custom pancake sheath for a Western L88 arrived this afternoon from Dave "Horsewright" Ferry. The materials, design and workmanship are absolutely tip top, the fit is snug and the draw is smooth. My gun belt and several holsters are in black, so it matches beautifully. This sheath is to be worn at the small of the back and drawn with the right hand.

Those are good juggling knives. Three at a time is my limit.I'm going to make a sheath and pretend these are punales.

One sheath at least for starters, because I doubt I'll be carrying more than one of these at a time.
I don't know, though, one for each hand and one to throw?
Disable spell check -- you'll be happier.Think of Stan Shaw Jer, he still hacksaws all his own steel at 93!He told me, in his workshop at home he positions himself with his back against a tall chest of drawers, to get extra purchase, and reckons he goes through it like a hot knife through butter!
It's very annoying Jer, the substitutions are often completely nonsensical

ANOTHER pattern I gotta get!I got in a Puukko today that I've become rather taken with. The knife and sheath were made by Tommi Mäkelä and the blade was made by Saku Honkilahti. Forged 80crv2 steel, fitted with Bog Oak and stainless/white coriander fittings.

Kind of funny to think that now what is essentially the current version of this in the Bucklite max series are all American made and still dirt cheap at around $20.Buck 476 Mini Diamondback, 2004 tang stamp. I bought it new because it was an amazingly inexpensive Buck, then saw the Taiwan and never gave it much of a chance. Now I've opened my mind, I guess.

A little less unfocussed, I hope:
