Let's see your good old basic fixed blades, Bowie's, Stickers, etc.

Here's a nice old Imperial Prov my dad had from at least the mid '50s.

This is my EK Commando. This knife is a copy from EK of the Australian Commando knife of WWII. The sheath is set up for a pistol belt, far different from today's MOLLE systems.

Very nice stout knife. Your Dad knew his blades.. One of the heavy use 'Imperial Providence' classic sheath knives from the 1950's for sure! Thanks for bringing this one out here black mamba.

Here is another 'Imperial Prov' sheath knife.. A large game Hunter/Skinner/Camper from I believe is close to the same time-era that you don't see very much of any longer..

Yes Sir Steve-o my friend,

An older(nice) KABAR, right on the money!. The other one is a OLSEN made in Germany from the very early 1970's, as opposed to the original vintage OLSEN, OK's made much earlier in the USA.. But all in all, still a fine Hi - Carbon steel bladed little hunter / skinner to acquire along side a classic USA produced KABAR that was also intended for the same purpose.

I'll say! If you hate New England wheather, wait a minute. I have through wednesday off for the Kids Vacation, and I just went to swap out my wifes car for my truck where she works. I was in hers and just did a 360 on the way home. She needs new tires.

Not sure if this one is buried in this thread, but I saw a Mark1 on this new Pawn shop show with a stag handle.. I am going to rehandle this thing when I have the time. I'm not sure if I should buy some leather washers or epoxy a chunk of stag onto it. If anyone has any thoughts on how to get the red rust off the blade without scratching the blue I wouldapreciate it, and I was thinking Mcmaster -Carr had leather washers, but if a knife supply had some already shaped it would make things easier.

My first post on this sub-forum, so I guess I should say "hi". Been thru all the pages. Everyone has really taken some beautiful pictures of their knives. Hope you don't mind if I post a few pictures. The top picture is a Bowie I got a few years back. It's made by Mikey Wise in 5160 with desert ironwood. The second picture is a BRK Lil Nessy, a DP Drop Point, and a JK Kephart. The final picture, a Northwoods Custom and two Marble's of the Mike Stewart era.

Hope to see more knives.
