Lets see your paracord wrapped Izula!

Yep! Gutted cord provides a little more traction sometimes because it has sharper angles(not rounded).

Taken with a pretty dirty cell phone, maybe not worth posting.

Here's what I did with it when I got it. Pretty simple and nothing special using boring old OD green paracord (I really hate that color but it's all I had lying around). I left the ring open and added a loop to the end of the cord to hook my finger in to for some added retention.

The wrap came off today because I ordered the handle scales and I can't wait to get them.

I've never been a fan of cord wrapped handles, but some of you folks have done some amazing things with cord.

Since I just got my first Izula, I can now post how I wrapped it. I really like this little knife. I think I will have to make a new sheath for pocket carry. I chose to go with an orange and OD green para cord wrap to match my RC4. Following one of the previous posts I was able to make a neat wrap with a Tritium bead on the end. I hope you like it.

Here it is with my RC4.

Heres what I've done....fairly standard wrap with a monkey's fist integrated in....hopefully the pictures will illustrate how its done....

also, a tip that might have been mentioned before.....once you figure out how you want to wrap your izula, and want to keep it that way for a while.....do the wrap as tight as you can, finish it off, and then dip the cord wrapped part in warm/hot water, and let air dry....everything will tighten up really nice!

Nice wrap job - interesting pattern - I like the monkey's fist on the lanyard, too. They just look cool!
