Looks like the rendezvous knife is just the same scales as the burnt orange 38's but with a new shield? I'm not sure I'd be super happy about that if I made the long drive with a special knife in mind, perhaps others feel differently but I thought they'd atleast switch up the scales.

The Rendezvouz knife is indeed a Jigged Bone 38 EW, and it appears to have a shield shaped like a "15". Pics of it are up from someone who's there over on the FB GEC community page.

Additionally, a pic was posted showing that the coloring of the Jigged Bone is just as inconsistent on these Rendezvous knives as they were on the regular run of the #38 EWs.

Thats fair, I just always assumed they did something kind of special for these knives.
