I live in Florida And do just fine. I wipe down the knives I use each day and store them in sackups. They do patina, but I do not have rust issues so long as I stay on top of it.Is an all steel construction knife going to be a bad user in a humid area? I know there will be some corrosion, which is fine, but it seems like it could compromise the function pretty quickly down in the frame. I use all of my knives, and want to add a few GECs for their beauty and tradition. I'm thinking the Pony Jack isn't where I want to start, though. I do like the clip point and the long pull, but wood covers aren't ideal either.
