We will see, makes no never mind to me I have no intention of buying one myself. The retailers will still mark them up, and buyers will still pay it.
Looks kinda like Twizzler Red!Looks like Garnet Jigged Bone is next in line for the 49/94 patterns. Lined bolsters too - good to see the typical Northfield trimmings on these.

Those look nice... good red color.
Looks great. Maybe they'll stick with the patriotic theme and give us a blue camel bone?Looks like Garnet Jigged Bone is next in line for the 49/94 patterns. Lined bolsters too - good to see the typical Northfield trimmings on these.

I agree with Will. I prefer smooth camel bone in a more natural color. Save the dye for jigged cow bone.Hope not!
Prefer white Camelbone myself or an old ivory colour to match parchment.
Which do you prefer for whittling/carving between the 38 and the 62 Pocket Carver (with Krein regrind)? There has been so many with potential, however this race has been over for a while now in my opinion.

I was told by bosssteelblades "this one has slight blemish in the acrylic as most of the run did and will be discounted price" I haven't been told a price yet until he get's more in stock.Anyone know more info on the delaminating on the new 49/94’s?
Which one is in my hand?Which do you prefer for whittling/carving between the 38 and the 62 Pocket Carver (with Krein regrind)?
Thanks, I feel the same. I love the small/thin secondaries on the 62 more than the secondaries on the 38, but the 38 has a clip, which is nice. There’s a longer reach with the primary on the 38, but the regrind on the 62 is hard to put down. The feel of the bloodwood and smooth bone are both so comfortable. Excellent knives.Which one is in my hand?
Both have their strengths and weaknesses. It depends on my mood and what I am trying to accomplish. Right now the 62 has my attention, the regrind is so smooth.
Those are both laying on the pile side.Hmm, does the #49 have a flag on both sides?

I know, but I haven't seen any pictures of both sides of the 49.
