Lets talk GEC!

I open my beer using an ancient polish technique handed down from generation to generation as a rite of passage to learn to open a beer with another beer so no beer scout necessary.

Although had I gotten on the GEC train earlier I would have totally picked up a beer scout as they look very convenient and would have put it to good use.
Is that the cap-on-cap technique? If so, I have always wondered how the last bottle gets opened.

I was close back in 2018 - was only missing a few patterns at that time - but have given up that pursuit.

Love this one - what a great way to introduce the relative newcomer to the comparative sizes etc of all the patterns

Really nice collection

Impressive.

Thanks, everyone!

Thanks, Charlie. Maybe someday I’ll pick this one up again. Should’ve never stopped, really. I’m pretty sure I’ve owned every pattern at least once, except the French Kate.
