Lets talk GEC!

I agree that I don’t love the etch anyway, and the positioning of it is goofy.

I think the jigged bone will be great. Nice color and interesting jig pattern. The ESPL is a welcome addition and i hope to see it on more Tidioutes in the future. It would look good on Farm and Field as well.
Why did they put his pompadour in the long pull? makes no sense and looks sloppy. Oh well, I like goofy meme knives🤷‍♂️

People cut various things with their, 1095- rusting/patina covered, knife blade all day, add any oil to it, cut their food with it and this is done with minimal cleaning BUT, they worry that if they comb their hair or beard with a different tool on the knife their hair will contaminate the blade and poison them OR that the germs from the blade will jump onto their hair.

A victorinox can have scissors that can be used to cut hair or nails, a saw that can be used to cut wood, a screwdriver that can be used to screw in dirty greasy screws but people still use the blade for food without worrying about cross contamination.
Maybe they need to re-think their hair products if they're using ones with poison in them.

Sung to the tune of the old Spider-Man theme song:

Poison hair, poison hair, cuts his food with his comb knife and doesn't care!
Brushes his beard, then cuts his meat, a little poison is the perfect treat!
Look out! Here comes ol' poison hair!

These Locking 21’s are very nice. This one locks up tight without movement in any direction. There is no visible gap between the spring and the handle. The Richlite is subtle in color, but feels great to the touch. It seems like a top grade material. The blue shows up well in sunlight, but is very difficult to photograph. The original Mudbugs have thinner handles which I thought I would prefer. However, I actually like the thicker handles better. This knife is more ergonomic than the Mudbug, and the extra width suits the large size of the knife. I would call them an Improved Mudbug.

I read that at first to point birds oh pointy pointy

I'd been wanting someone to produce sawcut richlite handles for years, imho it's the very best use (aesthetically) for the material. Also I drop my users occasionally, just about zero chance of Richlite chipping or breaking, it's super tough stuff. I thought I'd be sitting out this run, but now I better get back to work and make some more knife bucks!
👏

Sawcut looks pretty good. Interesting material choice, I havent handled richlite before, does anyone know how heavy it is compared to wood/bone?
I did not notice a significant difference on the 21s, on the 15s (so small) I don't think you will notice.

This is one GEC that will be hard for me to beat on any future release, this pocketknife just has it all in a nice, heavy-duty design. Today’s carry (tomorrows too). OH

bbfish bbfish richlite is a light weight material similiar to micarta definetly lighter then bone and I would think lighter then most wood scales
I own a few fixed blades with richlite handles and they remind me of linen micarta
