I don't know why they would abandon other types of micarta wholesale. It all probably costs and grinds about the same. Seems like more of a shiny new object right now. The ESPL is really nice.Richlite again?? I really hope it's not a substitute for micarta as a handle material.
It's quite an ambiguous picture, you may be right.but hummingbird is also coming.I think maybe that is an elk, not a Sambar stag…….. which is ok with me!
A stag viper, those would get scooped in .0001 seconds.but I still like that jigged brown 47 coming, I was surprised that the plum purple had low production numbers compared to blue bone and desert ironwood. Thought it would be the other way around.stag barlows I'm sure would be a big hit as wellI wonder if stag and hummingbird are referring to 13s... or Barlows? Or more Vipers
ReplacementRichlite again?? I really hope it's not a substitute for micarta as a handle material.
This is going to be a great run. I know it won’t happen, but would love to see another 13 Office Knife release.
I’m kind of relieved that they only have the Whip and the Clerk listed, as I don’t really care for either of those (not a big wharncliffe fan, with a few exceptions). I’d be much more tempted to buy another #13 Whittler or Speaker Jack (and since I really need to reserve some knife funds for two upcoming knife shows in the next few months, I’m sure they’ll announce those shortly).
I was a bit disappointed in the Office Knife #13s. The laser etch (I assume that’s how they did the handles) didn’t look like it was done very well. It looked pixelated, for lack of a better term.

Thanks for the good photo. Could definitely be cleaner, and probably would be if produced today. Just a classic case of wanting what you don’t have.I’m kind of relieved that they only have the Whip and the Clerk listed, as I don’t really care for either of those (not a big wharncliffe fan, with a few exceptions). More like it consists from burned dots, hence the "ladder" or pixel effect. Nothing too bad, I'd say.I’m kind of relieved that they only have the Whip and the Clerk listed, as I don’t really care for either of those (not a big wharncliffe fan, with a few exceptions). That’s a mule deer.I think maybe that is an elk, not a Sambar stag…….. which is ok with me!
