Bubinga iMy favorite wood on a GEC is bubinga. Because my beaver 48 went through the wash and came out whole with good walk and talk. Bubinga may not look fancy but it sure is tough. My wife hasn’t washed any of my other wood handles yet so my opinion may change.

Here is the most recent picture I have of it, amongst my other users. I’m not sure of other GEC’s in bubinga, but it seems to be extremely stable.Bubinga i
.didn't even know they used it,i see they used it in 2010 on your 48 with beaver shield, you have pictures see how it ages, and you know any other time they used it.
We have a new rule that you must pull at least one knife out of my pockets or you’re not allowed to wash my pantsMy wife put my bunny through the washing machine and the dryer. Still good nick!
Yeah, so cool!Orleans shield?!
Same! I think every listed variant of this run might be a winner of its own.Beyond excited.![]()

Bubinga trapper!!!
I would think alot of people missed out on the 2019 run since they were sold quite quickly, and you seldom see them on exchange,as for the lambsfoot that's a whole different ball of wax.So they are basically revisiting the '19 run's cover options with a few variations: shields and wood type.
Yeah, but still a big difference between approaches to this and, say, 33s which were made last time after ten years since the previous run and without a bail.I would think alot of people missed out on the 2019 run since they were sold quite quickly, and you seldom see them on exchange,as for the lambsfoot that's a whole different ball of wax.
I’ll be sad if I miss getting the two bone versions. Is that first pic the natural bone?
