I believe it's Herringbone WalnutThat is some unusual jigging there
Nice B&S!!Got my very first GEC today and it is better than I could have hoped for! Although the pull on the fork is a little strong, the knife’s pull is about perfect. I know it is a weird pattern not everyone likes, but it is exactly what I wanted since I love eating, drinking, and have a beard.

Another incredible set of knives, Charlie. Two magnificent foursomes, in fact, when you put the 47s and the 74s together as “mirror image” knives! The Bone became White Bone, and the Ironwood became Stag!!

I had fun with the 91 and the 82 yesterday, realized the 91 frame is like a jumbo version of the beloved 82

Does your St. Andrews Scotch List have Oban on the list ???? For a few years now , I usually have a shot with my Grandkids every Christmas .
How is the snap on your fork/bottle opener? Mine from the same run is a real nail breaker. The blade’s snap is strong but manageable though.Had a good time with the B&S in the poket and opening bottles for a while. But carbon steel always looks nice with patina, and using your favourite knife is a joy. So i started cutting food stuff with it yesterday.
Enjoy your knife too and have a good weekend folks.
