I had forgotten I had this knife. It is a 79 pattern Northfield Montanna Workhorse Whittler in primitive bone I purchased from the factory seconds store about 10 years ago. I have no idea why it is a second. This is a very robust knife and the main spear blade is basically elephant toe size.

I try to avoid rust on my motorbikes but that’s perfect on the 74.
My mind rarely settles on a grail knife because I like so many,but I can honestly say the 98 camp knife with a bail would be it.bring it on and give me access to purchase and I'm good.id imagine they wouldn't be cheap to make with the size and durability.Never say never? Is a #98 in the future?
