Lets talk GEC!

I had forgotten I had this knife. It is a 79 pattern Northfield Montanna Workhorse Whittler in primitive bone I purchased from the factory seconds store about 10 years ago. I have no idea why it is a second. This is a very robust knife and the main spear blade is basically elephant toe size.

That's a good little selection of usable blades, that spear looks like a 25 or 59nspear from pictures but my eyes are wrong alot.

Super cool knife. The more I look at it the more I like it.

Never say never? Is a #98 in the future?

My mind rarely settles on a grail knife because I like so many, but I can honestly say the 98 camp knife with a bail would be it.bring it on and give me access to purchase and I'm good.id imagine they wouldn't be cheap to make with the size and durability.

This guy may not be made again at GEC!! It sure was fun when it happened though!! View attachment 3037387

The prose on the tube is better than anything Shelley wrote.😁

I remember when the knife came out and I turned it down because a SAK is smaller.lighter and does the same.

Feel free to call me a wally because it was a daft decision. 😆
