Lets talk GEC!

Luckily we can all pretty easily pick up a Winchester 2851, which is basically what a two-blade spear 22 would look like… but it just doesn’t scratch that mental itch of the “all 2s tang stamp”.

I’ll take the fantastic bone jigging on that Winchester any day over an all 2s tang stamp on a typical jigged bone GEC.

Does the 41 have half stops, personally I would feel a whole lot better if it did while doing doctor things to people who need doctor things done to them, but having done no past lawyering I feel it would be in the better interest of gec to put a disclaimer on the tube clarifying that they take no responsibility for wayward doctoring.

Paging meako meako for a disclaimer rendition!

I've never really found knives with half stops to be safer. When opening a stiffed springed knife, I've had my thumbnail slip from the nail nick when it came to a sudden stop at that halfway point.

I was going to recommend him or jim,was it jim who used to write those knife stories along with a picture of the knife he would be carrying.

I like both, some times I like the snap sound of a heavy half stop
