They function pretty darn well and the micarta cleans up well. We use one for processing game.

Do you gents know what the largest Northwoods single blade is? Esty Zulu?

OK GEC experts and owners out there, looking for info and/or pictures of the "1532116CLs" that were manufactured in 2017 (GEC posted their 2017 production totals). We have 22 in Nifebrite Acrylic and another 36 in Golden Ale Jig Bone. Are these standard Nifebrite Crownlifters and Golden Ale Jig Bone Beer Scouts that were produced in 2017 (as opposed to 2016) and made available at the 2017 Rendezvous (the lettering in GEC's production table is in RED indicating, I've been told anyway, Rendezvous releases)....or something entirely different?

My #44 gunstock just landed. I love the big clip and pen blade combo. Lil lazy on the pen blade, from open to half stop (already getting better). Shouldn't be a problem, once it's broken in. Walk and talk and pull are amazing on the clip blade. Overall very cool knife and my first gunstock pattern knife!

This 44 has me confused....it's so nice with the shiny, right out the tube polish....idk should I patina this baby up or keep it nice n shiny?

I find Mike LATHAM's SFO sumptuous but unfortunately, he does not accept orders outside the USA.
Does anyone here know of a simple, reliable and economically viable forwarding service? I post here since I tell myself that European GEC enthusiasts may already have used a forwarding service...
I would like to try my luck with the next Northfield EO85 which has made me very envious since the first edition.
