These are all of my GEC's so far, when I first learned of GEC I didn't know what all the fuss was about. And when I seen the prices some go for on the secondary market I figured they were out of my range. Couple of these was gifts from great members here, thats how I learned what the fuss was all about lol. A couple more was scored at a good deal from the exchange, and finally I have my BF knife. Turns out they're not so far outta reach after all, well at least some![]()
So, for 2020 we know the #62 Easy Pocket Congress is first and there's a #23 Trapper that needs to be done by April for a couple of Club Knives. Any other rumors for the coming year?
Oh okay, so the #23 is out there now? I've been sitting on that one for a while. I actually mentioned it in a video I recorded a while ago but haven't uploaded since I wasn't sure if Bill wanted it out there that #23s are coming up.
Lol...We have known for quite a while. Bill told us to not tell you
You're doomedSince I only started collecting GEC this year...

Here are a bunch of random photos of my GECs.
My newest is the Ebony #68 Pony Jack...

Yes B B.F.U , we have known for quite a while. Bill told us to not tell you that we knew.
I am very happy for all of you who have been waiting for the 23’s. However, I might keep my powder dry for another day. The 42’s and 43’s are about as big as I want to go. Of course, I could easily change my mind once I see them. Goodness knows I have done that more than once!

Well, I guess GEC hasn't officially announced it, but it came out through the Oregon Club (I can't remember exactly how - an order form for their big show, or a newsletter, or something like that). At any rate, hoping for a year of great releases. I'm personally hoping for lots of ebony wood, smooth white bone, and sawcut bone covers in the coming year - I'm becoming less enamored with stag and jigged bone. Since I only started collecting GEC this year, almost any old patterns will be new to me.
