Moose, I know it is a proto, but what are the details on that one?
(I didn't want to plug up Toooj's thread)

That one? 154CM blade, G10 handles, Elishewitz lock.

The production version was gonna have 1095CV blade, stone washed. Doesn't look like its gonna happen, and if folks start clamoring for it, it certainly won't happen. Kabar is working towards a solution, but so far, it doesn't look like it can be made for an affordable price.

What's affordable? In the same range as the large blades?

That one looks awesome, but I can see it easily running $200.

Interesting..
So that one was a collab with Hogue/Elishewitz?
If it does become a reality, is that the route they would take, or are there other manufacturers that are possibilities?

Its been at every Gathering since June of last year. Its in Ethan's Pocket right now.

It would MSRP at over $200, easily.

As to who makes it, I can't say.

But you should be able to guess.

Like I said, if a general uproar is made trying to push this into getting made, I promise, it won't happen.

It is a very well made knife and surprisingly comfortable without being too thick or heavy. Also, tons of opportunity for modding.

knocked out some quickie moo pants for my 16 today, pretty crappy I haven't really done any work with leather for a while, but it works.

How long do you expect to be selling them and what parts/guns are you selling?

Second hand store, grab some old school pie tins.

This. Or pick up some plastic plates that are fairly flat.

So I got some pictures of my backpack before I roughed it up today, any takers? No? Oh well, here they are. (Note: The white thing in the front pocket picture is my fire kit in a zip-lock bag, and the green tip in that same picture is a T6 Torx driver) Excuse my horrible photography hands, I swear they work great for belaying and playing video games.
