Limited Edition Tyrade

I like it, but I'm a pretty big fan of the original Tyrade and will stick to buying that one. I like a little color in my knives.

What are the chances it will be tip-up optional? I would assume a ZT 0200 clip would fit the black trim well...

I'm stoked...I see two of these in my near future.

$90 street price is also an interesting price point that you dont often seen in the Kershaw line. I think its the perfect blend of material, function, and price that I have seen yet. This might trump the venerable JYDII-CB :)

I was on the verge of ordering a JYDII-CB, then I seen this thread. I am glad I did, the look of the knife kind of reminds me of ZT blades, except this wouldnt break my budget!!

Also, If your only gonna be able to do a small number of them, is there a possibility of having the blades numbered?

PLEASE make it optional tip up carry.

The only thing that kept me from buying a normal Tyrade was that I can't stand tip down carry on bigger knives.

Here is a concept that we haven't signed off on, yet.

Tyrade, 154CM/CPM-D2 Composite blade, stonewashed finish, G-10 scales, .070" liners, AO, USA made, 900-1000 pieces. Say MSRP $129.95

Thoughts?

TW, you are a bad, bad, man. This is beautiful. This is a Tyrade I could go for.

I'm good for 3. Tip up is a bonus.

OK, so who's going to get them? I need to make phone calls!

Coat the edge black to match the G-10 and I will be all over that knife right there. I plan on buying one as it is, but if you made the edge black, it would be the icing on the cake. I'm not sure if it's possible to do so, but, it would be a work of art.

+1

A Tungsten DLC-coating would really set it off as something different.

That is a nice knife at that price point.
It would be a nice "user" to back up my "non-user" original Tyrade.
