Truthfully, in my book a pinch by the flipper is a whole lot lesser of the two evils when the other one is a bad cut to the tendon.
How does that one stack up to the original frame lock in thickness Thomas? Will it end up being about the same or is it thicker?

Ok, here is the deal, these blades originally didn't pass QC because the etching wasn't perfect on them. They were scheduled to go into the original Tyrades.
It's either this finish, bead blast them, or we scrap them.
As far as the scales, we have the G-10, the liners would be fairly easy. We could keep the price at a minimum this way, and still have top notch materials.
