Locking UK Penknife ?

There have been reports in the general area that this knife is available online already (the locking version). I can't imagine this to be true, but I can certainly hope that it is. What's the word on the status of the locking UKPK (Caly III)?

As far as I know the locking version is NOT out yet. But the UKPK itself (original version) is now available here as well as in the UK.
