People hate success, if it's not their own. It's the indierock/underground thing. If the mainstream hates you, you must be good. If you're unknown, you are great, and your meager followers are better than the rest of humanity for knowing you. But once all your followers scream and yell loud enough and convince the world you're great, you're now a sell-out and a tool.
It's a good thing your knives as ugly as sin jeff, or I wouldn't be able to love you anymore cuz they'd be flying off wal mart shelves.
