Looking for a new folder made in the USA under 100 bucks.

Actually something from one of the better brands that is slightly used from the sales forum here on the site might be the best way to go.
 
Since it was announced it was being discontinued a new BM 710 can be had for less than 100 from one of our supporting vendors.
