Yes. It's about 80 miles or so from me. I've visited a couple of times. Very nice inside. Not a huge place but a lot of inventory, very nice displays and the staff is friendly and attentive.

I am jealous. This is a huge state to compare with CT. My wife and I were on vacation in Virginia Beach. But this was 6 hours drive. So I didn't do this.

Fondling and admiration.
Darn Dao means 'single knife' or saber (broadsword) in Chinese martial arts. As opposed to Shuang Dao (double knives/broadswords). In Cantonese, Darn Dao is actually Darn Do, and in Mandarin it's Dan Dao. It was held in one hand, with often a shield held in the other.
Da Dao (big knife) is a different, larger, much heavier weapon, requiring two hands to handle. The real clarification would be to see the actual Chinese characters as to which is the intended meaning.

Trimming my toe nails and using the tip to dig out the compacted wool fibers betwixt me nailbeds.
KC - screwed me on my preorder. Sweet lady on phone, but company didn't follow through on 'special noted email day after Christmas'.
So I went to BHQ (their email alert drew me in) and put the Darn Dao in the cart last night at 389. Today I go to checkout and it's the new and improved price.
I just got the third to last Darn Dao at ngk.

I did not grab a Darn Dao, but did grab a Manix 2 LW in Maxamet.
I didn't really need it, but I know I will carry it a lot more than the DD, though that looks nice for sure.
