March Weights and Fitness challenge thread

Although brief, I did a squat workout Wednesday night.

Light reps - 312 = 3.12
Medium reps - 39 = 0.78
Heavy reps - 4 = 0.16

3/5 BSPs: 4.06

Current Total BSPs: 19.23
 
I have two workouts to add, so I'm going to put the reps for both together.

Light reps - 144 = 1.44
Medium reps - 236 = 4.72
Heavy reps - 39 = 1.56
Very heavy reps - 2 = 0.13

Current total BSPs: 27.08
 
I did a deadlift workout last night (3/9.)

Light reps - 221 = 2.21
Medium reps - 63 = 1.26

Current total BSPs: 30.55
 
I did an incline bench-based workout Monday night.

Light reps - 349 = 3.49
Medium reps - 144 = 2.88
Heavy reps - 14 = 0.56

Current total BSPs: 37.48
 
105.6 BSP to date.

Warmup before drills and rolling.

320 light reps for 3.2 BSP.

108.8 BSP for the day.

I want to do a quick circuit later... but Titanfall comes out today :D Hopefully I will be able to resist the siren's call for a quickie.
