I keep trying to get back into my rotation, but really don't want to put the Keen away. It really is that good.
 
Well... after watching a lot of videos that I felt left a little to be said, I did a thing. I’m curious to hear what you all think. Don’t pull any punches. I made it specifically to call out some quality and design points.

Honestly, I thought it was a very good review. It covered all the points I could think of, and then some. Mine just cane yesterday, so it hasn't seen much use yet, but I'm really interested in seeing how the bearings & pivot holds up to everyday use & how much maintenance they'll need. I carry a CRK a lot & as for simplicity of design & quality of materials & workmanship, I think this one compares favorably.
 
Thank you, Ironbut Ironbut and marchone marchone ! I appreciate the kind words. It took a lot longer than I expected, since I was going for a single take. Thankfully, I’m burning vacation time, so I’m off all week.

I’m hitting a point where I’m actually surprised *again*, because ... my One Knife November attempt blew up at the two week mark, despite how much I love the Wayfarer 247. The combination of clip tension vs double seam pockets, and general knife guy ADD kicked in very hard, and I couldn’t make it to day 17. In contrast, I’m not trying with this one. It just keeps finding my pocket.

I was carrying my Massdrop Terzuola every day, and this kicked it out. I’ve talked about it before, and I’m very seriously considering Massdrop only knives from here on out due to the pricing and quality.
 
I know a lot of people are hungry for the EZC, but is anyone else hoping for a longer version of this knife? 3.75-4"? I think it would be a sweet blade.

Certainly, but in a new design Laconico can license out.
 
I think he has too many short blades as it is. Longer is variety. (Insert joke here.) ;)

I'm not big on having two of the same, but just ordered a second one of these.
Its just an ideal knife at a great price.
 
2 hours left. I am so tempted to pick up a purple one and stash it untouched. I must resist. In any case, I just packed up my plain gray one and Shirogorov F3 to send of to Josh at REK for his Wicked Edge magic.
