I have Ray Rickard's knife here right now..the first and only as of yet..

I'll be home weekends and I hope at least, two days during the week..
and during the wife's time off, there's just going to be more expense and the results = less time playing .. :(
but I will do the auction if Chuck does not.:thumbup:

I still cannot believe all the help from everybody,Cant wait to get back to full steam in the shop,I am going crazy:eek:

On this note,I am feeling allot better than I was,the shaking is almost completely gone,More just my eyes not focusing in well and the eye doc wont check them untill the other doc gets me all evened out plus a month.But I am doing more messing in the shop and doing things that need getting done and doesnt need my full attention,better to be piddling in the shop than setting in front of a TV if ya know what I mean.

Bruce, this is great news! Your motivation and enthusiasm is still there, and with a little time, you'll be right back in the middle of it again. However, go slowly and doin't over do it! I think everyone is pleased that you're beginning to be our old Bruce again. Thanks to Dan for kicking this all off to. We guys just gotta stick together!

Chuck Bybee was disappointed with the Mike Mann and Larry Harley auctions.
best reason I guess.. because some people didn't come
through on their end, some guys said they would donate knives and didn't do so..
so he's not doing any more I take it..:(
and he's out straight too with shows..
please send them to me..I'll make the time to do it..

Just found this thread been away a while. Sorry to hear you are ill Bruce mate and I hope things pick up for you soon mate. You have always been good to talk to in your chats and willing to offer advice to a new maker :)

Recieved a package from Max yesterday.I really cant tell everyone how much we appriceate all the help from everyone.

If my eyes would straighten up I would be doing really good.Been working on a cool blade,just taking it easy as I am having to do everything under extra magnafication and my eyes are getting fatigued by the end of the day.But I am going to make it and start getting some blades done soon.Next check up is the 14 which is actually my return check up after the radiation,hope it worked.

Again,Thanks to everybody...Hope everyone had a great weekend.

Just wanted to say Thanks to Tracy Mickley and Larry Nowicki for the help I recieved from them.

Also wanted to update on my healing,Took my first pill today for the hormones,Now to get them all regulated out and hope my eyes get to working better,Then I will be back full...Cross my fingers and do some praying That all will work out.

Im not sure if you all know this but Bruce has been making his own charcoal from wood to forge with. His propane tank has been so low that he only uses propane to heat treat the occasional blade. That is really doing things the hard way because it takes hours to gather wood and burn it down just to make the charcoal.

Bruce if you would post the phone number of your local propane dealer maybe we can give them a call and get your tank filled.
