I have had a couple great dealings with dobywon....but that doesnt excuse a late night mistake...he is a good guy and I am sure he will make it right!

If this is exactly what unbreakable's PM said...""Thanks for at least responding to me ya jerk", instead of "thanks a lot for bothering to reply to me"...then he has some apologizing to do as well IMO.
 
Sometimes communication gets screwed up . I have had a few very good deals with DOBYONE no problems
 
dobywon is a good dude, i traded my axe with him before i went to alaska, i trust him and if he said it was a mistake then it was. and its just a knife. not like he stole anything. cant we all just get along lol.
 
I wish everyone who committed a wrong here was as quick to apologize, admit guilt, and try to be better in the future as dobywon has shown himself to be in this thread. It definitely shows some good character to step up like this. :thumbup:
 
People shoot off their mouths all the time around here, and it's not always in fun. What Unbreakable wrote to dobywon was impolite but it was not a serious violation of anything except good manners -- which we should all keep in mind in dealing especially with people we don't know well.

Although, even in private communications, it is a Bladeforums violation to be insulting, taking this as any kind of reason to file a false rating is much worse. Now we have to get that iTrader rating removed.

For those who feel the need to stir this pot any further, go right ahead, but keep in mind: you won't be solving any problems by doing so.
 
Dobywon admitted his mistakes and apologized. We all do stupid shit that we regret now and then, I know I have.
 
Dobywon has stepped up to the plate...now let's move on. I personally have had two very smooth and successful deals with him...so no worries on my end!

Are you going to accept his apology and move on, or are you going to drag this out further?

Completely up to you, but if it were me, I'd accept it, and ask that he have the offending feedback reversed.
 
dobiewan and unbreakable, this is a warning to both of you.

I have no problem booting both of you overboard if you drag the name calling and posturing out in public.

I am in a bad mood, so I would suggest resolving this in private.

Jeeze, the guy apologized and that's a big deal on a forum of 12,000 active members and over 100,000 total members.

We all screw up, it is too bad not all of us apologize. I guess thats why it IS a big deal.

Lighten up Francis...the guy said he was tired and had a headache..and lost his cool and later apologized...be a man about it and accept his apology and forgive and forget...

BTW people call me a Fag every day...big deal...that insult is so 1980s:rolleyes:
