Love that pic David 😎👍
It turns out that this red Metal-handled Victorinox is a Baker's knife, for 'scoring' the loaves before baking them!! 😋 View attachment 2239587View attachment 2239591
Yes indeed Charlie, I have one with a plain edge, which are apparently rare ;)

I can't read the tang on this last one!!??
I just on my phone at the moment, but is it Harrison Brothers & Howson?
You're really on a roll today Charlie 😎🙂👍

Thank you very much Gary 🙂 I have several Double Diamond advertising knives, including at least one other in that pattern. Double Diamond was a hugely popular beer here when I was growing up, and I have tasted it in bottles, cans, and on draught. It was a very iconic beer, heavily advertised, and it always reminds me of my youth! 😁 I'll have to plan a Double Double Diamond Day! 😁 👍

It's good to see your tie-clip again my friend 🙂👍
I can't believe that you replied to me more than a month ago, and I haven't posted a Metal Monday knife since then! o_O
Thanks for the detailed Double Diamond info; looking forward to your Double Double Diamond Day! 🤓

IIRC, I'm planning to show some Alox knives for the next few weeks. I'm carrying a Cadet 2 this week, so I'll post that one:

Before selling off the entire wire jack collection, this large spear point was a jewel of the group.

Wow, I didn't realise you'd sold them off Alan  An interesting pattern that I always enjoyed seeing
