Michael Morris Friction Folder--Let's see 'em

Hi all,

I am considering ordering one of Michael Morris' friction folders. Do any of you have one I could see. I am considering my options. Right now I am thinking of wharncliffe blade with dark brown micarta. Let's see what you've got.

I have one in the mail on it's way to me from Michael. I will take pics when it arrives. It's a pintail with natural canvas micarta and the drop point blade.
 
No no no, don't post any pictures! After seeing one earlier, my willpower is seriously taxed!
 
He makes a cool looking fixed blade, and sweet looking friction folders!

Just visited your site and must say I like everything I saw.
 
Just received mine this week. I love it and it opens beer quite nicely.

Awesome, good stuff. I am thinking I am sold on a wharncliffe blade but I can't decide on the scale pattern on the wharncliffe in the picture or the pattern on the "group buy" knives. The pattern on the wharncliffe sort of echoes the shape of the blade, but for some reason I tend to like the more symmetrical look of the group buy handles. Decisions. What to do you all think?

Tonystl, that knife is sweet. You must be very happy.

I do. I'm happy I went with the bob-tail handle and got the leather pouch.
 
All of those pictures makes me want one even more than I did before. Maybe hopefully someday. Very nice.

It's Natural micarta, the color is a bit oversaturated in the picture. I had very little lighting so the exposure was quite long causing some colors to get oversaturated.

It's actually closer to ISKski's knife above. I will take some more pictures this weekend in better light to show the actual color.
