I am the one who shorthanded a cross-complaint as a counter-claim so as to keep it understandable for lay people. Let's not get hung up on legal jargon.
 
I didn't post or anything regarding this but was a contributing member post-wise to all aspects of the forum but whatever. I'll have to buy my pistachios elsewhere. :D
 
I promised myself I was done here but........................ I suppose one day Mick will have to decide whether he needs to come clean with his Maker or not. His Military history or lack of will be decided by folks far smarter than I. I have reviewed the "facts" as written here and come to my own conclusion but I am certain no one cares to hear it.

But before you condemn Mick to Hell allow me to Thank him for all he has done for Children with Autism. Autistic kids hits close to home and it takes folks like Mick to put up the money to keep research going.
Mick also does some wonderful things for the Special Olympics, Children's cancer research, Children's Arthritis research, Children's Diabetes, and his State's Foster Children system. None of this was done as part of any Plea Agreement, Mick does what he does to help kids with special needs because he wants to, period...............

Not really. It is a rarely successful civil cause of action against one who has commenced an action or criminal prosecution without reasonable cause.

The fair warning is that even when the current storm blows over, I'll be on watch.

I suppose submarines or deployed SF-types gathering intelligence inside the sovereign waters of other nations are just a bunch of dishonest, sneak-thief, bushwhacking crap right?

I am not equating keeping an eye on the Secret Squirrel to any dangerous mission implied above, but yeah, I'll park submerged again in enemy waters as soon as practicable.

People can and do think whatever they want about me. The evidence I intend to gather together will speak for itself.

well... badlands usually looks down on people who talk out of both sides of there mouths, amubulance chaser. so, why not squash the shit before you start throwing it? why would your posts be any different there than here? or is that part of the plan?? why would Michelle NOT ban someone who has shown disrespect to the owner of the "house"?? it happens here, why not there? just because your screen name is different doesn't mean you are.... this is some myth about the internet.... no one knows who you are.....

The gentleman in question took care of a friend overseas who benefited greatly from his consideration. I'm sure that this generosity wasn't an isolated incident. That's all I have to add. In the mean time, I think I'm going blind.

I was there on my own handle. Tried over at the gayted communete under my own handle but they didn't let me past their chastity belt. So I temporarily backdoored it with a different handle until they put the two IP attempts together.

Why would I be different on the badlands? Because I consider this place "home turf" and I'll say what I like about what I want within the bounds of moderation (which is refreshingly freewheeling compared to the Stalinist competitors who go unnamed.)

But on Badlands. SKI is paying the bills, so I was laying low, but out in the open. Wasn't going to trash the man on his turf and add insult by allowing him to pay for the privilege.

You just banned someone for Personal attacks? What is it you're doing? That statement just adds fuel to the fire of what kind of person you are. Some people are just a waste of space on this planet. Do you put this much energy in doing good? What good or positive can come out of this? Ever thought about camaigning against sex offenders in your area? What about drug dealers? Why don't you wage a constructive personal war on something that matters to mankind? Why not put forth the energy in helping orphaned children, or homeless people, or children with disabilities? I know of a knife maker that does a hell of a lot each and every year for children with disabilities. This makes me think of a song called Waste my hate. I'm definately not going to waste my hate on you or this place, it's just not worth it. This thread has shown a lot about a lot of people. It's shown me about good and bad people. I'm discusted, and ashamed that I've ever been a part of this forum, it was the first forum I had ever been on, and if you look at my registration date, I've been here quite awhile. Pathetic is what comes to my mind. In a way, I feel sorry for you. If this is your "crusade" in life, then so be it. I hope when you mature that you look back on this and try to understand why you would like to try to hurt another human being. I can only guess that you are threatened in some way, but who knows, only you can answer that.
