Sweet Score, I would have bought it in a second had I seen it as I have been looking for a lighter wooded older version of the mnandi.

My first. Still not sure about it....getting my first gentlemans knife coming from a 585 mini barrage its def different. Obviously wonderful quality. Raindrop damascus with cocobola. Bday Dec 19 2012 I believe (not infront of me at the moment)

I saw when that one disappeared off of the seller's website. I almost bought it. Very nice.

Right, it does resemble my coco/dama, I still have it. The back side of this Lignum is mainly the brown, no split.

Dino, I don't think the sap portion will change although it does have some texture in it from the heartwood portion.
I'll try to get some better photos in the coming days.
