mods regarding negative feedback

Vic, I did send a couple requests to spark to change the -FB i left. How long it will take idk. Glad things worked out between us. Would deal with you again anytime. If I were you and had as many flakes as you had, I would only do deals with Gold members or higher for MO/checks. All your flake buyers were registered users correct? If had money would take some more blades off your hands.

^ Some friendly advise, Ulf: please don't hold your breath on this one. ;)

Or let me put it this way: if Las Vegas odds maker's, were able to take some action on the requests that you made to Spark- they'd probably start the betting off at: 750-1. For Vic: 2000-1. ;)

If I could make a bar analogy out of this BF transaction/scenario, it would go something like this: you & Vic walk into a bar to discuss knives. You buy each other 8 double whiskey's. You'd get into a big ugly cursing match over your (Ulf's), red modified Benchmade Griptilian...you end up taking matters outside, & continue to beat the holy crap out of one another. After you're both all bruised & bloodied; you shake hands, then walk back in the bar & have another round of drink(S)...

Remember that red painted custom grip you bought, back when you were drinking? LMFAO! ;)
 
Yeah I aint. Haha Already told vic it's gonna be a PITA to change it and or ever happens. Figured would give it a shot. Vic had all good FB then boom boom boom. I don't leave negative FB unless they leave it for me first. Out of over 300+ transactions here only had 3 with problems. All on sellers side and they left it for me first before trying to work things out or just simply retaliation/crybaby. This case I will take half blame for as I should have shipped the MO sooner but was around the holidays and figured wasn't a rush. Deal went smooth after he got MO though. As said I'd deal with Vic again.

Huh? As I said, never left -FB for somebody that hadnt already left me -FB cause they didn't want to work things out or were just being unreasonable babies.

I cant even remember what that sellers/scammers name (don't care to look it up) was that sold me those two "deformed/abused/clearly not as d3scribed" Griptilians. He is a POS! I got so many emails about that guy ripping other people off it was crazy. Hes a know scammer on ebay and JD too. Sure other places also. I wasn't drinking at all during any of that. And I think your referring to a thread made in GBU I made while hammered when a little cry baby gave me my first neg FB because he f'd up and sent a pair of knucks in an letter envolope(with no tape and with not enough postage!!!) and he gets upset when I ask for a refund. I am courteous and willing to work with anybody up to a certain point but some people you just can't work with. As I'm sure you've seen thers are lepers among us. Can't always see them for who they are before it's to late. Many people here won't deal with again even after deals were completed.

So you only leave retaliatory feedback? If one side met their expectations and he other side did not then negative feedback would seem appropriate. If negative feedback is required then why would you retaliate? That is the reason there is feedback.
 
Only the 2 trading know but if both the buyer and seller are dicks double negative is appropriate.
 
Ill chime in now.

I have been the recipient of two unwarranted negative feedbacks when no transaction had taken place. Bottom line is (putting on Judges gown) if there was no transaction as in no money changes hands or merchandise then you can not leave Any feedback. Honor and integrity is another matter.

Spark will eventually look into this and make his determination. Good luck Gents.

Uh, don't know how your getting that but no. I leave FB almlst always unless forget to somehow. Have only had 3 problems here out of 300+ deals. Never had a problem as a seller.

Yes it does. Always try to work with people but some are unwilling/don't know what there doing/rules/scammers.Have only been left negative FB from sellers and was there fault. Have proof. What happened here with Vic will take partial blame for as could have shipped MO faster but don't want to get into it anymore. Rest of my FB speaks for itself.
 
i do read all the rules wherever i go ,,i have a cocealed carry permit in PA , also work for the NYC mass transit as a train conductor ,,so reading and following rules isnt a problem for me ..

i never cheated ,stole or short changed anyone here in all my years here ,,so its ok ,,

Retaliatory feedback should stand. Lessons learned for those who participate in it and it warns the rest of us with who not to deal with.
