"Mora! Mora! Mora!"

I love Mora for 2 reasons they are cheap but is of excellent quality and also they sell you knife blanks that are heat treated. My suggestion is also to go with the stainless. I've made a knife out of the Mora 2000 blank and its as sharp as a razor and I would definitely recommend that. Although I don't think you can go wrong with the companion or the classic either. :)

My Mora classic 1 was my first fixed blade. It has a lot of sentimental value and now I have retired it as a camp kitchen knife. Moras are one of my favorite knife brands because the low price allows you to use them to there full abilities.

Just snagged my first modern one. A high lux robust or something similar. I have a really old laminated Frost with a wooden handle but it's a sentimental knife so I don't use it.

I recently got my first Mora. I got another inexpensive hunting knife at the same time that, for the uses they've seen, outperforms the Mora by a noticeable margin. The Mora does work, but there are other knives that are just as economical that can do it a little better. Would I buy another? Probably would, but it would be for reasons other than cutting ability.

I have a lot of Moras (as i live in Sweden..)

But this is what i sometimes use in my profession, some crude tools :) (No..i'm not a dentist)
