Most no-nonse utilitarian blade you own.

I wouldn't have even thought about my kitchen knives which are clearly my most used. But in terms of knives I carry, it's clearly my SAK Spartan. My most used and versatile knife without question.

These two are my dynamic duo. The alox SAK is the most bomb proof pocket knife I've got; all metal with nothing to break. So far has stood up to over twenty years of use. The cut down English machete is now on it's second generation of user. My dad made it a 10 inch chopper about 1950 something, and after he died, I Tok it over. It' been my dirty work blade for a long time.

This video is where Mora knives are made, what language are they speaking in the video, I have tried the youtube auto-translate and set it to Swedish, Finish, Dutch, German, But i get nothing but gibberish.

That's German. Don't ask me to translate it though, I only know enough to identify it and to understand what the Nazis are yelling at Indy.

My most utilitarian knife in terms of my use is the original Condor Bushlore. There are no hands barred using this knife. Runner up would be a Kabar Becker BK-2, but this is a knife that seldom if ever finds a place on my person or in a vehicle.

I have four I'd pick for this "utilitarian knife" discussion. In field knives I use my Swamp Rat Ratmandu when in uniform and that thing is all business. With all the scuffs in the finish and blade etc. that is probably my 'ugliest' knife in my collection. My Fallkniven F1 Pro has been on my belt when in the woods (hunting, camping, etc.). I have also been using it for just about everything in the house, even kitchen duties. For EDC knives I use my Bradford Guardian 3 and Tops MSK Survival. One of the other is always in my pocket. If I'm going to be doing particularly rough tasks, such as this past weekend with cement bags cutting etc, I take the MSK.

Hultafors GK Heavy Duty
Terävä Jakaaripuukko

The Hultafors is cheaper and uglier, my go-to for popping open a frozen car door.

Big Mora fan, I have 2 x Force, 1x Pro-C 1x Pro-S 1x Kansbol and i have an Scout 39 on the Way.

I am thinking about getting a Triflex it`s discontinued but i found a seller with a few, And i am not a big fan of carbon steel.

I have been looking at the Hultafors, A few video`s on youtube comparing the two, they seem cheaper than the Mora.

Spyderco Ladybug Hawkbill serrated edge H1. Yellow is ugly. The few teeth you can still see when the blade is closed look like a terrier snarling at you. It swims with me in the ocean or pool and I have used the piss out of it. It is truly a little honey badger

I know what you mean. I have a Spyderco Salt 1 I used the piss out of for years and lost a lot of blade metal just sharpening it. The handles were black and turned a more green color because it has been through the dishwasher AND the clothes washer several times (clothes washer by accident) and been in the ocean numerous times while surfing or diving ...

... the darn knife still is centered with zero play. I can't even get that out of a new $400. folder.

Photo Please

Probably my Stanley box cutter/utility knife, followed by either an old Western "Demo" knife (same as the Camillus "Demo" knife, just a different supplier/contractor) I was issued back around 1975, when I was in the Army Reserves, and the new made Marbles rendition of the old "Demo" knife. (The Marbles does not have "CAN OPENER" stamped on the can opener. Other than that they are made to the same milspec.
I guess all the general's thought all us grunts from E-1 to E-10 were stupid, and had to be told and reminded what the can opener was for.)

They speak German. Jackknife68 is from northern Germany.
As above; German

Jackknife is rather well known i German knife circles (under several user names).

He has made some interesting knife reviews on the 'tube - not lest in regards to the Lennerts designed range of German Expedition Knives GEK/GEK EDC.

I speak fluent German, if anybody wants some segment of the video translated.

Have you seen this video of him bashing Mora knives, I have never seen a Mora handle like that one, Is this just a joke.

For me it’s going to be my new Benchmade Presidio II and my current EDC Spyderco manix 2 Back Lock

I have a couple SAKs and Moras, but if we're talking blades that actually get used the most, for me it's the Delica.

Most of my knives are utilitarian. Furthermore, even those few which take a bow towards beauty are still pretty darn utilitarian simply because any knife is a really useful tool.

This.
I don't own many flashy knives. At least by my standards. Probably, my US made Kershaw Zing is as stylish as my collection gets with my Benchmade 531 coming in second.

On the utilitarian side, a SAK Pioneer, CRKT Prowler, and my father's Western W36 hunting knife.
